1. About these terms

“Nextonic”, “we” and “us” mean Nextonic Global Solutions, Dhaka, Bangladesh. “You” means the person or company using our website or services. Work for a specific client is also covered by a written proposal, quotation or agreement, which takes priority over these terms if the two differ.

2. Our services

Descriptions of services on this website are for general information. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are set out in the written proposal or agreement we both accept before work begins.

3. Our standards and acceptable work

We work only with legitimate businesses and lawful projects. We will not build, run or support software or services that could harm people or society, that break the law, or that infringe other people’s rights. We may decline or stop any work that does not meet this standard.

4. Quotes, payments and refunds

Prices, payment schedules, refund rules and any taxes are stated in the proposal or agreement for your project. Late payment may delay or pause work.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, content and access when we need it.
• Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos, data or software you provide.
• Review our work and give feedback in good time.
• Use our deliverables and services lawfully.

6. Intellectual property

Ownership of work we create for you, and any licences to third-party tools or components, are set out in your project agreement. Unless the agreement says otherwise, our own tools, templates, methods and the content of this website remain the property of Nextonic.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public business and customer information confidential and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways or software. We are not responsible for changes, outages or fees outside our control, but we will help you work around them where we reasonably can.

9. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce harmful code, or copy its content without our written permission.

10. Warranties and limits of liability

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in your project agreement and to the extent the law allows, we do not give other warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

11. Termination

Either party may end a project as set out in the agreement. If a project ends early, you will pay for work completed up to that point, unless the agreement says otherwise.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a project agreement states otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its updated date.
